A selection of 10 different dishes:
Truita de patates amb pa amb tomàquet – Spanish omelette with traditional bread and tomato
Croquetes de pernil – Iberian ham croquettes
Bunyols de bacallà amb allioli – Salt cod fritters with regional “alioli” sauce
Amanida verda – Seasonal green salad
Coca d’anxoves – Local pastry accompanied with regional anchovies
Mandonguilles amb sèpia – Meatballs with cuttlefish
Carxofes amb foie gratinades – “Foie gratin” accompanied with artichokes
Arròs caldós amb (animalons marins) – Broth rice marinated in diverse flavourings and seafood
Botifarra amb mongetes de Santa Pau i allioli – Typical Catalan sausage accompanied with Santa Pau white beans and “alioli” sauce
Pollastre farcit – Traditionally baked stuffed chicken with provencal herbs
Desserts:
Crema catalana – Catalan custard cream
Coca de llardons – “Cake of greaves” , a traditional flat pastry cake with pine nuts
Mousse de mel i mato – A local dessert mousse comprised of fresh cheese and organic honey
